» Since 2015, I have been assisting my clients as a lawyer in litigation and advising them on all matters relating to migration law. A realistic assessment of your individual situation forms the basis for our cooperation.«
My services in migration law
I can help you with migration law matters involving authorities and courts. Specifically, I advise and represent clients in the following areas:
Residence permit (permit B)
I can assist you with applying for and extending your residence permit, whether for family reunification, work, study, or hardship cases.
Permanent Residence Permit (permit C)
If you would like to convert your residence permit into a permanent residence permit early due to your particularly good integration or in the normal course of events, I can advise you on this matter or submit the application with all the necessary documents on your behalf.
Swiss passport
If you would like assistance with your naturalization process, I can support you throughout the process.
Protection status S
I advise and represent people from Ukraine on issues arising from the possible revocation of S protection status. The main question here is whether permanent residence in Switzerland can be guaranteed after the revocation of S protection status.
Family reunification and marriage
If you wish to bring a family member to Switzerland, get married in Switzerland, or have a marriage concluded abroad recognized in Switzerland, I will represent you before all authorities involved in family reunification.
Imminent loss of residence permit
If your permit is at risk of being revoked – for example, due to divorce, separation, debt, social welfare benefits, or criminal activity – I will analyze your situation, work with you to develop a strategy, and represent you throughout the entire legal process to prevent the loss of your residence permit.
Tourist visa
I can advise you on the options for obtaining a tourist visa for family members, friends, or acquaintances. If your tourist visa application is rejected, I can represent you in the appeal process.
Lifting of entry bans
If you have been denied entry to Switzerland or the entire Schengen area due to having committed a criminal offense or overstayed your Schengen visa, I will assess the chances of success of an application to have the ban lifted and provide legal representation in the proceedings.
Planning extended stays abroad
A longer stay abroad may have an impact on your Swiss residence permit. I can advise you on how to secure your status in good time and avoid undesirable consequences.
Who I work for
I assist private individuals from different regions of origin with questions regarding their residence permit (B permit), settlement permit (C permit), family reunification, entry bans, and tourist and student visas. I place great importance on providing professional and respectful support in sensitive life situations.
About me
It is my wish that as many people as possible can live in a place where they are safe and can build a life worth living.
Migration and displacement are part of my own family history, and I have a keen interest in other people’s migration stories. That is why I have been working in migration law since 2015.
